Discover the benefits of Telehealth

Welcome.
I created this practice as a place where you can finally slow down, feel supported, and make sense of what’s been weighing on you. When work, relationships, or expectations start to pull you in every direction, therapy offers a steady space to regroup, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and start feeling like yourself again.
My Story
My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and grounded in genuine curiosity about each person’s experience.
Many of my clients are thoughtful, driven professionals who have spent years supporting others — and are now learning to extend that same care inward.
I specialise in workplace mental health and psychological trauma along with anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Further, I have a particular interest in supporting individuals adjusting to a diagnosis of ADHD or Autism (ASD).
In sessions, I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focussed Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and trauma-informed frameworks, always adapting to your pace and preferences. My style is gentle but practical — balancing reflection with strategies that create meaningful change in daily life.
Workplace illness/injuries
With 16 years of corporate mental health experience, I specialise in the psychological impacts of workplace injuries, helping individuals navigate the emotional, cognitive, and practical challenges that can arise after physical trauma, chronic pain, or extended time away from work.
I understand the complexities of workers compensation systems and work collaboratively with treating teams, insurers, and employers to ensure clients receive coordinated, respectful, and recovery‑oriented support.
My goal is to help people regain a sense of agency and reconnect with their strengths during what can be an overwhelming period of change.
Eating disorders
I have a strong clinical focus on eating disorders, supporting individuals experiencing anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge‑eating disorder, ARFID, and long‑standing patterns of disordered eating. My work is grounded in evidence‑based, trauma‑informed approaches that honour the complexity of each person’s relationship with food, body image, and self‑worth.
Reflective Room Psychology was founded with the belief that insight and self-understanding can be deeply restorative.
