Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure fairness and continuity of care, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Notice Period

 

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Notice can be provided via phone, email, or our online booking system.

2. Cancellation Fees

 

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled session cost.

 

Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full session fee.

 

3. Payment and Rebates

 

Cancellation fees are not eligible for Medicare or private health rebates.

Invoices for late cancellations or missed appointments will be issued via Halaxy.

4. Exceptions

 

We understand that emergencies and exceptional circumstances occur. Please contact us directly to discuss if you believe your situation warrants a waiver.
